We don't build a website and disappear — every website plan includes ongoing care and improvements. On Boutique Website ($290/month) that covers managed hosting, SSL and basic technical management, uptime monitoring, backups, security and dependency updates, contact-form checks, bug fixes, reasonable text and image updates, changes to contact, staff or service details, and periodic health checks. On Growth Website ($490/month) it also covers your existing interactive features — calculators, questionnaires, personalised results, reports, gated content, lead journeys and integrations — including updates to their assumptions, wording and configuration. Care covers reasonable ongoing changes, not unlimited work: entirely new calculators or report engines, major redesigns, large new page collections, new CRM or payment integrations, bulk data entry and paid third-party software are quoted separately.

Content Studio and Content Studio Plus have a 3-month minimum, then continue month-to-month. Website plans have an upfront build plus a 12-month minimum on Managed Website Care, then month-to-month. The Complete Growth System has a 12-month minimum. After any minimum term you can stop with a month's notice.
