Most small businesses have a website nobody updates, a client list nobody emails, and social accounts that go quiet. We run all three for you as one system: the website turns visitors into leads, the emails keep those leads warm, and the content keeps both alive — every week, in your voice.
Each Studio does one job well. Start with the website, add email when you have people to write to, add content when you want the feed and the site to stay alive without you writing it.
A custom website that earns trust and captures leads — services, reviews, calculators and reports that end with “send this to my email”. Domain, hosting and ongoing care included. The foundation the other two sit on.
Newsletters, follow-ups, review requests and reminders sent from your own domain to people who already know you. We draft, you approve, it sends. Adds onto Web Studio — your domain is what keeps the emails out of spam.
Daily posts for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Threads and WeChat, written in your voice, ready to copy and post. The same piece becomes a website article and a newsletter topic. Optional, and works on its own.
Most clients start with Web Studio + Email Studio — the two things you can't easily do yourself — and add Content Studio later if the feed needs feeding.
Every small business is answering the same two questions: where do new clients come from, and how do I keep the ones I have? A website alone doesn't answer either. Three parts working together do.
Watch the 3-minute demo →A piece like “Five things to know before auction day” is written once — and becomes a post, a website article and a newsletter. Your site and your feed stop going stale.
A borrowing calculator, a property report, a checklist — useful tools that end with “send this to my email”. The anonymous visitor becomes someone you can talk to.
That person lands in your contact list automatically. Newsletters, reminders, review requests and annual check-ins bring them back to the site — and to you.
No software to learn, nothing to generate, no blank page. Your part is a 30-minute interview and a weekly look at what we've done.
Who your clients are, how you explain things to them, what you'd never say. That becomes your voice profile, your site structure and your tool list. Send us a website you like, your social accounts and an email you've written before if you have them — nothing is required to start. We handle the domain.
Design and copy for review, one round of changes, calculators and forms wired to your contact list. If you've taken Content Studio, daily content starts arriving in week two.
Website live, domain email configured, existing clients imported, first newsletter scheduled. From here you approve, we run — hosting, updates, content, sends.
See the full timeline →Every Studio has a setup fee for the build and a monthly fee for keeping it running. Web Studio is the foundation; Email Studio adds onto it; Content Studio stands on its own.
Web Studio, Email Studio and Content Studio built and run by one team — so the article on your site, the post on your feed and the newsletter in your clients' inbox are the same idea, in the same voice, on the same week.
Prices in AUD, excl. GST · Setup is paid once, before work starts · Web Studio and Email Studio: 12-month minimum on the monthly fee, then month-to-month · Content Studio: 3-month minimum, then month-to-month · Setup prices are starting points; a site that needs many more pages or tools than usual is scoped and quoted before we begin.
Because the emails go out from your own domain — you@yourbusiness.com.au, not a Gmail address. A business domain is what keeps newsletters out of spam and makes them look like they came from you. We register and configure that domain as part of Web Studio, so Email Studio simply uses it. If you already have a domain and a website you're happy with, talk to us — we can usually set Email Studio up on it.
Often, yes. If it's well built and you have access to the domain, we can add lead tools and connect Email Studio to it without rebuilding. If it's a template site that nobody has touched in years, rebuilding it is usually cheaper than fixing it — we'll tell you honestly which it is.
We build a detailed voice profile with you — your tone, services, audience and the things you'd never say — and our studio system drafts inside it. Everything lands in your portal for review. Nothing is posted or sent without you approving it.
That's the whole point. The voice profile captures how you explain things, the phrases you use, and the ones you never would. If a post or an email doesn't sound right, we tighten the profile until it does — that's part of the service, not an extra.
When a visitor asks for their result by email, they land in your Email Studio contact list automatically, tagged with where they came from. From then on they receive your newsletters and you can send them a one-click follow-up. That pipeline is set up as part of the build when you take Web Studio and Email Studio together.
No. If you already write posts you're proud of — with ChatGPT or by hand — keep doing that. Web Studio and Email Studio are the parts most businesses can't run themselves; Content Studio is there for when the feed and the site need feeding and you'd rather not be the one feeding them.
Keeping the site actively managed, not just online: hosting, SSL and uptime monitoring, backups, security updates, contact-form checks, bug fixes, and reasonable text, image and detail changes — plus keeping your calculators and reports tuned as rates and rules move. Entirely new tools, major redesigns or new integrations are quoted separately.
Setup is paid once, before work starts. Web Studio and Email Studio have a 12-month minimum on the monthly fee, then continue month-to-month; Content Studio has a 3-month minimum. After any minimum term you can stop with a month's notice. The website and the domain are yours.
No jargon, no hard sell. We'll walk you through the three Studios, show you a real client site, and tell you honestly which parts you need. AI Business Mate is a small Melbourne studio — the people who build your site and write your emails are the people you talk to. English or Chinese.
